Currently feeling really moody, still got 2 maths papers to go. :/

Has been thinking alot these few days. Thinking about my future, thinking of what course I should choose from, thinking about so many other things.

I've said this many times before. I want the best for myself.
At first, I wanted to go for a Polytechnic course. I want to go for designing, it is what I want and what I desire.

But everyone is telling me not to.

Dajie says that only a small of group of poly students will enter university, whereas a A' levels certificate is a direct ticket to university life.

If I go for a A' levels course, I will want to do it in:
HCJC
RJC
VJC
NJC
ACJC

I will use Higher Chinese, A Maths, E Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Elective Geography.

I will have 4 bonus points, 2 for HCl and 2 for CCA.

I don't know if I can make it or not, but alot of people tell me I can do it. Haix... ... ...

I need to study like crazy liao.

Last week of holidays, and I still got alot to do. Haix...
But everything's gonna be fine. =)

Gonna do a movie review on "Cars" today.

I watched this not because I wanted to... *sounds weird*
When I first saw the trailer, I almost died... SO LAME LAH CAN?! A MOVIE ON TALKING CARS??!!! Super, super =="lll...

But Ouxiang watched it and told me he almost cried...
Anne watched it too, and cried for hours...
Eh... ... ... Okay...

So I was thinking, they are either CHAO emo people or just pure retards.
So yes, out of curiosity, I walked into the theatre, and experienced what they have experienced.

The movie was supposed to begin at 2:55pm.
But you know when did the movie officially start? 3:35pm.

Hmm... Abit retarded right? 40 minutes of advertisements, trailers and other crap.

We were pranked TWICE in total. 1st it was the rat in the kitchen trailer. We thought they played the wrong movie. =="lll Then, the "Pixar" thing started showing itself again and this time, it was another clip called "One-man-band"... It was freaking 10 minutes long, resulting in us thinking that they have played the wrong movie AGAIN. But no, it was just a lame appetizer which was long enough to be a movie.

Bleah, so yes, the show starts at last.

The fact is that Pixar is trying to change CARS into HUMANS.
Seems ridiculous, but they did it.

Honestly speaking, I thought they did a great job. The transformation wasn't LAME, in fact I liked it very much. I loved the toilet scene, in which the male cars enter freely while the lady cars queued up for their turn. LOL! Very cute.

I'm not gonna talk much about the story, 'cause I really think you should see it for yourself.

There are scenes which will make you tear, there are scenes which will make you remember something and there are scenes which you will remember for life.

Go watch it. =)

I got pretty moody these few days over some really silly things.
I'm feeling alittle ill today, guess I ate something "dirty" yesterday... And Rachel confessed that she put a fly on one of the chicken wings. Haha... How cute.

Don't worry about me, I should be okay. Got medicines already.

I had loads of fun yesterday. Thanks to all who came. Organising was surely not an easy task to do, but thanks to Anne, Eric and Rachel's help, we managed to pull everything through. =)

Got over to Anne's house to do some last minute preparation at twelve, then we dragged the ice box along and went to fetched her senior, Kris.

By the time we got to East Coast Park, we were 5 minutes late.
Grassae and Rachel reached before us I guess, they were the 1st ones there, together with Colleen and Mummy. =)

The weather was good, sunny and windy. We prayed for good weather. Thanks God for that.

People started arriving. Rachel brought many of the skinners from Toa Payoh Interchange. Anne and I collected the money, ticked the attendance and answer N number of calls from the "lost" ones.

When everyone has arrived, we played some ice-breaking games... Most of us only knew each other with the names on the net, so ice-breaking was necessary. Everyone had fun, and although the games were pretty "lame", the girls seemed to love them. Haha...

Then, the girls organised the food, and some of us went to buy ice from 7-11. Got everything ready, and we started the fire.

I am in love with Norah Jones. =)

Watched "Lie with Me" yesterday, and I must say, it is easily one of the best restricted films ever.

This is a very simple film.

But it is the only film which can capture the connection between sex and the human emotions so well.

I loved the scene where David ran after Leila.
That scene perfectly displayed the crave for love in our human mind, and how people can give up pride for sex and love.

To the sick-minded ah peis, this is indeed a great film that they would enjoy in some Yang Tze cinema. But to people who has a strong taste of "artisticness" (like me... LOL), this film can be a true masterpiece.

Frankly speaking, director Clement Virgo deserves an Oscar for this. So do Lauren Lee Smith and Eric Balfour.

They were daring, unique and every detail was taken care of.
I say this is better than "Brokeback Mountain." =)

There wasn't much music, most of the time the movie is silent.
Shows that you don't need alot of sound effects to make a good movie.

Ultimately, this film is a masterpiece.
The one released in Singapore is R21, and yet it is CUT. So sad... Haix...
Collect the unrated one on DVD. =)

Okay, I'm suppose to blog about the movie outing with Guo, Harold, Tim, Wayne and Zhao Dong. Yes, I watched "The Omen" with these unwilling souls. Lol...

First of all, I have NO IDEA why this movie is classified under PG-13.
As compared to "Da Vinci Code" (NC-16), this movie has much stronger:
1) Religious content
2) Gore
3) Disturbing images
4) Violence

I did not watch the original film, but i didn't have much expectations for this remake.

It turned out quite good actually, for the first 106 minutes of the show.

Despite of the fact that the father was awfully stubborn and stupid (to an extent where I actually wanted to KILL him), everything else was good to watch. Acting was pretty okay and there were efforts of creating suspense.

However, the last 2 minutes of the show was just PURE SHIT.

The "son of the devil" DID NOT DIE.

Look, it's just so dumb.
I mean yes, we DO want to see a happy ending, especially from a fictional movie which is built on such intensive religious content. I don't want to imagine a retarded satanic boy walking side by side the president of the USA. It's so stupid. The idea is dumb too. I mean if you kill him, at least we will feel ease at heart, and if you think leaving the boy alive is a wise thing to do so that you can film your "Omen II", then please, go to hell.

Following that we went to Bras Basah to get our shirts done.

My sorethroat is getting alittle bit better, drank lots of water and herbal tea. Haha... I should be fine by tomorrow.

It's just great to write out my thoughts here on lonely days.
The sun is setting and everything around me seems so quiet.

I love how songs like this can calm me down so much, like as though I am in another dimension that doesn't belong to this world.

I'm somewhere over the rainbow. =)

Yep, a brand new layout.

Those from blogskins would find this similar to my "World of Nonsense" skin, but who cares, I'm fine with it as long as it is nice. =)

And just in case you want to know, I took 8 hours to complete this layout. Yes, a brand new record.
